Guillaume Bellom

Guillaume Bellom has one of the most atypical paths of his generation, pursuing studies in both violin and piano, from the conservatoire of his hometown Besançon all the way to the Conservatoire of Paris. He was a first prize winner at the Epinal international piano competition, finalist and Modern Times prize winner at the Clara Haskil Competition, and Thierry Schwerz prize winner of the Sommets Musicaux de Gstaad. He is acknowledged both as a soloist (under the baton of Christian Zacharias & Marzena Diakun) and as a chamber music player (with such artists as Renaud Capucon and Victor Julien-Laferrière). His discography includes two four-hands albums with Ismael Margain (Aparte), one sonata album with Yan Levionnois (Fondamenta) and a solo album (Claves).
