Leslie Fagan

Her performance of the Poulenc Gloria was named “one of the most memorable performances of the season” by Opera News. In demand for concert appearances across the globe, Leslie Fagan’s engagements include Mahler’s Symphony No.2 with Hans Graf and performances with conductors Sir David Willcocks, Elmer Iseler, and Boris Brott. This Christmas, Leslie returns to Carnegie Hall for the 15th time to sing Handel’s Messiah. Leslie is also co-founder of the Canadian Art Song Series; “Thread of Winter” and the recently released “Halibut Cheeks and other Love Songs” are the first two CDs in the series. When not on the world stages, Leslie is Assistant Professor and teaches aspiring singers at Wilfrid Laurier University. Leslie has recently been appointed to the Order of Ontario.
