Trouble Entering Our Virtual Concert Hall?

If you are having trouble entering the Virtual Concert Hall after entering your password, you likely have to clear your browsing history.

It has come to our attention that some people have been experiencing issues accessing the link above; after they type in the password, it redirects to the home page instead of the livestream page. If this happens to you, try one of the following solutions:

1. Close that window, then click on the link to the livestream above again (and enter the password again, if prompted).

2. Try opening the link above with a different web browser (e.g., if you normally use Google Chrome, try Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox, if you have  one of these)

3. Clear your browser cookies*, then try the link above again (and enter the password again).
