Erica Goodman

A native of Toronto Canada, Juno award-winning harpist Erica Goodman received her training in Toronto and at the Interlochen Arts Camp and the Curtis Institute of Music in the USA. She has appeared worldwide as a recitalist and chamber musician and is also a charter member of Toronto’s New Music Concerts Ensemble and Esprit Orchestra. Erica plays regularly with the Hamilton Philharmonic and Brott Festival orchestras with whom she has been featured as a concerto soloist. Many Canadian composers have written works for her, some of which are included on her recordings. Her latest CD release, “Serenades & Sonatas” on the Naxos label, is a selection of favourite repertoire with long-time colleague and esteemed Festival of the Sound flautist Suzanne Shulman.
